Terms and Conditions
Before You Travel -
Quotations are made subject to a vehicle being available at the time of enquiry. Quotations are valid for 28 days from issue. Unless otherwise stated, admission charges at special events and parking are not included
The Hirer must not load any vehicle beyond the number of passengers which it is legally permitted to carry
- The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger for the duration of the hire
- The Hirer must ensure that all passengers adhere to the specified collection and departure times. Failure to do so could lead to passengers being left behind
The Company reserves the right to provide a larger vehicle than specified but at no additional charge unless any extra seats are used
During Your Travel -
- The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden unless permission has been obtained from the company
- Our company operates a policy of no smoking (including e-cigarettes) on all company vehicles. This policy will be strictly enforced
- The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times and as such may remove any passenger whose behaviour prejudices safety; any deemed unruly behaviour will not be tolerated
- It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that passengers do not distract the driver at any time whilst he/she is driving the vehicle. As a general rule, passengers must not, unless in the case of an emergency, approach or speak to the driver whilst the vehicle is in motion unless he/she indicates that it is acceptable for them to do so
- Passengers must remain seated at all times whilst the bus is in motion unless using the washroom facilities (if any). Passengers using the washroom whilst the vehicle is in motion do so entirely at their own risk
- Where applicable seat belts must be worn at all times
The hours agreed with the company for the operation of any hire must be observed (other than in the case of serious emergency or diversion) so that current regulations regarding drivers’ hours and rest periods may be complied with. The company reserves the right to alter any hire that does not comply with the relevant regulations
The Company gives its advice on journey times but does not guarantee the completion of any journey at a specified time and will not be liable for loss, damage, inconvenience etc. arising from any breakdown, accidents, fire etc.
After Travel -
- The operator will not accept liability for any damage to or loss of any property left on a vehicle by a passenger, or whilst on the vehicle. All articles of lost property recovered from a vehicle will be held at the depot. If requested, lost property can be mailed and charges for this will apply
- We take pride in the cleanliness of all our vehicles and fully expect passengers to respect this. However, if the vehicle is in need of extensive valeting an applicable charge will be made accordingly after the hire
Cancellation Policy -
- On making your booking we will take a deposit to secure your date, this will be non-refundable unless cancelled by the Company. The amount of deposit depends on the price of job you require hire for so anything priced under £500 a £50 deposit will be required, anything over £500 then a £100 deposit is required. Your date will not be secure until the deposit has been paid. The final balance must then be paid in full 2-3 weeks before the start of the hire.
- If for any reason, out of our control, the Company has to cancel any monies exchanged will be refunded
