Tour Booking Information

Booking :

To book yourself onto any of our tours/excursions please use the following contact methods – phone on 01756 752567 (leave a message if no answer and we will get back to you) or email info@hargreavescoaches.co.uk.
Unless stated no deposit will be required until we have enough numbers for the trip to definitely run, when this is the case, we will contact you directly.

Pick up points :

Hebden, Grassington, Threshfield, Skipton, Crosshills, Silsden and Keighley. For tours heading North we also include Gargrave, Hellifield, Long Preston, Settle and Ingleton

Travel Insurance :

It is essential to be covered by adequate insurance on your holidays. Please be aware we do not provide any travel insurance so you will need to be covered by your own with this. Hargreaves Coaches are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or other personal belongings. We strongly advise you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances that you are unable to travel on the tour. Please see the cancellation charges below.

Cancellation Charges :

The deposit is accepted in part payment of the holiday price and is non-refundable, unless the tour is cancelled by ourselves. Cancellation charges apply on the following scales –

56 or more days prior to the departure – deposit only

55-28 days before departure – 30% of the holiday cost

27-14 days before departure – 50% of the holiday cost13-7 days before departure – 65% of the holiday cost6- day of departure – 100% of the holiday cost.

Customer Protection Insurance  : In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations 1992, all passengers booking with Hargreaves Coaches are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us arising from cancellation of curtailment of the holiday arrangements due to insolvency of Hargreaves Coaches.

Liability : Hargraves Coaches shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay caused as a result of any breakdown, accident or strike action in the course of any holiday, caused other than by the negligence of Hargreaves Coaches.

Cancellation by the Company : Should it be necessary for the Company to cancel the running of any advertised holidays for any reason whatsoever, the Company reserves the right to withdraw any holidays from the brochure and to refund you any payments made. This shall be the limit of Hargreaves Coaches.

We also reserve the right to alter any excursions without prior notice to take account of weather and local conditions and to alter your seat number should this be necessary for operational reason.

Covid 19 :

We would like to reassure you that we take your safety onboard with us very seriously and have obtained the 'We're Good To Go' COVID-19 industry standard mark which means we are literally "good to go"! We already have very thorough cleaning regimes in place but in addition to this we have introduced extra measures which include anti-viral interior spraying before and after every single trip to help in the killing of airborne germs, we use an anti-viral fogging machine to deep clean all of our vehicles plus a before and after rigorous clean and hand sanitiser onboard. We will of course ensure these high standards are maintained for every journey. Hand sanitiser is provided on all of our vehicles, but please do bring your own too if you feel this is necessary
